Who's an ideal client?
We work with men and women that have seen their weight slowly increase as they've aged. We work with people that have struggled to figure out a way to keep weight off. Our ideal client is someone that wants to improve the way they look but do it in a healthy way. We don't believe in crash diets and prefer to work with people that want to focus on long term health and well being.
What clients experience?
We help my clients sort through all the nutrition "stuff" that exists today on social media. We approach nutrition from the aspect of looking first at your current routines and habits and fit nutrition into that rather then forcing your life to fit your nutrition program. It's common for our clients to feel like they are eating more food, have increased energy, and sleep better all while shedding fat and losing weight.
What does coaching look like?
- We will work with you to develop a blueprint and game plan to reach your goals in a reasonable manner and timeline. Often times people have no idea how long it should take them to lose body fat, gain muscle or a combination of the two. It's a collaborative effort, not an authoritarian approach where we tell you exactly what to do. We may have the expertise in understanding nutrition, metabolism and fitness but you are in the expert of you!
- An educated approach that is based in science and our nutritional training help you achieve your goals. Not just blindly guessing what your next step should be.
- It will include troubleshooting issues, setbacks, plateaus that you experience along your journey and be able to tackle them swiftly so they don't reverse all the progress you've made so far.
- We will also help point you to quality resources if we don't have them myself. One thing we've learned in our years in the nutrition field, there is a lot of nutrition hype out there and self-proclaimed gurus. If anyone claims to have all the answers it's usually a telltale sign they are a fraud. We will help you cut through the noise out there and connect you to resources that we have grown to trust, if we don't have the answers for you.
- Coaching also provides a layer of accountability that will help you stay on track. This is probably the biggest key to success that I've seen in the hundreds of clients I've worked with in the past. Having a support system makes all the difference.
What are the benefits of 1-on-1 Coaching?

- We will chat weekly to discuss the previous week's successes and setbacks and make a plan for upcoming week

You can start with as little as 1 month of coaching or really commit to the process and join our True Transformation Program. The True Transformation Program is a 3 year program where we start with a year of weekly phone calls. You will also get plugged into our Macro Bootcamp group where you can gain a foundational knowledge base around nutrition, metabolism, and other topics. We will be there for your every need this first year with 24/7 support and guidance. Moving into year 2 we back off the calls and you give you more freedom to go on your own. During this year we will connect monthly via phone call to make sure you are still on track and answer any questions you have. Year 3 you begin to gain even more freedom and control of things as we will connect once every 3 months. During this process to you will get access to our program where we guide you on how to successfully stop dieting.
