Description
Do you feel pretty good about what you are doing but could benefit from touching base with an experienced coach on a monthly basis. That's what this coaching program is all about. With my Maintenance Coaching program we will setup a 30-45 minute call once a month to discuss your progress, cover tricky situations that you are facing, discuss activity and exercise, review your macro numbers and provide adjustments to those numbers. This program is best suited for someone that has been tracking for a little bit and feels pretty comfortable with the process of tracking and can consistently hit their numbers.
