Who's an ideal client?
We work with men and women that have seen their weight slowly increase as they've aged. We work with people that have struggled to figure out a way to keep weight off. Our ideal client is someone that wants to improve the way they look but do it in a healthy way. We don't believe in crash diets and prefer to work with people that want to focus on long term health and well being.
What clients experience?
We help my clients sort through all the nutrition "stuff" that exists today on social media. We approach nutrition from the aspect of looking first at your current routines and habits and fit nutrition into that rather then forcing your life to fit your nutrition program. It's common for our clients to feel like they are eating more food, have increased energy, and sleep better all while shedding fat and losing weight.

What are the benefits of 1-on-1 Coaching?
- You will get unlimited access to me via text, messenger, email or whatever is convenient for you
- We will chat weekly to discuss the previous week's successes and setbacks and make a plan for upcoming week
- You will get detailed nutrition plans and help with meal planning
- You will get advice on fitness training that will both benefit you metabolically but also incorporate things you enjoy
- We will work on your mindset around food and work on improving your relationship with food
- We will take care of analyzing all the numbers and measuring your progress

We ask our clients to commit to at least a 3 month coaching package. Our experience has been that it often takes 2, 3, even 4 weeks to really hit a stride with a person's nutrition. It takes some time for a client to feel comfortable enough to open up and share their struggles and food insecurities. It takes time for us to figure out what aspect of a person's nutrition will have the biggest effect on their progress. It takes time for people to lose weight... yeah we don't prescribe to crash diets. Our clients aren't likely going to lose 15 lbs in their first month of coaching. In our experience the faster you lose weight the faster it comes back. The slower you lose weight the more likely you will have long term success.
