Serving others isn't just something I do in order to make a paycheck.  It's something I learned years ago is actually one of my spiritual gifts from God.  When I share my "services" it's more then a job to me, it's an opportunity to change a person's life. 

I've spent countless hours learning the nuance of nutrition.  I was formally trained through a company, Precision Nutrition, the world's largest online coaching and certification company.  Informally I'm a sponge to all things nutrition.  There isn't a day that goes by that I'm not reading a book, listening to podcasts, or reading scientific papers to get a better understanding of how the food we eat affects our bodies, health and performance.  

Recently, I've become a student of the actual art of coaching people.  Yeah science is cool, but doesn't mean anything if you can't get a person to actual make changes in their life.  That's where my services I think vary from others in the nutritional coaching spaces.  I don't do the prescriptive approach of eat this, not that, drink this much water and exercise "X" amount of time per day.  That might work in the short term for a some, but long term very few are successful with that approach.  My clients play an active role in determining the best path to reach their goals.

Nutritional Coaching

We will work with you 1-on-1 to develop strategies and systems to help you achieve you goals.  You will get a high level of support, education and encouragement to make changes in your life that go beyond short term fixes.

Macro Bootcamp

In our Macro Bootcamp we will teach you tips and tricks to track effectively and efficiently, the science of macros and why it works, and a number of troubleshooting techniques so you can be your own coach.  All of this while providing accountability, support and coaching to help you start achieving your goals.
