What's Included In The Bootcamp...
Professional Macro Plan
I will personally calculate your macro and calorie needs for you to ensure you get started with the best chance to succeed. I will also help you adjust numbers if needed over the course of the Bootcamp.
Daily Accountability
Everyday there will be posts that go up that ask you how you did the previous day. This will give you a chance to practice and hone your skills of tracking. It will also keep you focused on what you need to do day in and day out to be successful and build the consistency you need to achieve your goals.
Weekly Check-Ins
Every week I'll ask you to share with me how you felt like your week went. I'll also take a look at your macro intake for the week and provide feedback how you can improve. This is also an opportunity if needed to make any changes to your macro goals.
Educational Content
I'll provide additional educational content every week in the group to help you better understand the process of improving your body composition, nutrition, fitness, and other topics. A part of this will include tackling the mental side of a diet change and how to manage that more successfully.

Each Bootcamp will have guided access for 4 weeks. This will include 9 weeks of check ins and daily accountability during that time period. There will be some introductory information on the front end of the group.

Oh man this is going to be the best part! What better way to learn then to TAKE ACTION! If you want the most of the experience and coaching I will ask you to check in daily with your food log and/or your macro numbers from that day. Myself along with the rest of the community can give advice if you are struggling with something specific and we can celebrate you when you hit your numbers just right or have breakthrough moments. This layer of accountability is likely going to be the difference maker between someone who has success with tracking macros and those that don't and eventually give up. It will build the foundation for long term success.
